Solana transfers cannot be reversed by Meme Calendar. A theme purchase is delivered when the expected payment is finalized, verified, and the wallet-bound app license is recorded for the paying wallet.
Recovery first
If payment finalized but the world did not unlock, do not pay again. Use the store’s Verify purchase action. The app saves a submitted signature before verification so the same payment can be reconciled after a refresh or temporary provider failure.
Eligible support cases
Subject to applicable law, we review verified duplicate charges and verified non-delivery. Include the paying wallet, world name, and transaction signature. Trading losses, network fees, wallet mistakes, price movement, or a change of preference after delivery are not normally refundable.
All sales final
Delivered theme licenses are final and have no change-of-mind refund window. Contact us promptly for a verified duplicate charge or verified non-delivery. Send requests to fishvicious3@gmail.com. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by this policy.
